Enrollment

We are delighted that you are considering Blessed Teresa of Calcutta School as an option for your child’s education. At Blessed Teresa (BTC), our students are at the heart of everything we do. We believe every child is a gift from God, and we are committed to nurturing each student’s academic, spiritual, and social growth.

Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is OPEN!

Please complete the application for enrollment consideration.  Once the form is completed, you will recieve a phone call with the next steps in the process.  Please review the following steps.

1. Application Form 

Families will complete an application online to be considered for enrollment.  Once the application is completed, you will receive a phone call from the school with the next steps.  BTC Application 2026-27 School Year

Students entering kindergarten will be required to complete an assessment as part of our application process.  The assessment will be discussed during the family interview.

2. Record Request

For students entering first through 8th grade, all educational records must be submitted by the student’s current school. To facilitate this process, please click the link to access the form  2026-2027 Request for Student Records.docx.   Download the form and submit it to your current school office. The school will then send the records directly to cmorris@btc-school.org. 

Students entering our Preschool and Kindergarten will not be required to complete record requests.

3. Family Interview 
Interviews will be scheduled as part of the application process. The interview will include the principal, the student’s legal guardian(s), and the student(s) applying. If it is determined that the student does not meet the admission criteria, families will be notified in a timely and respectful manner.

4. School Tour 

Families interested in touring the school will have the opportunity to participate in a guided walking tour during the school day. This tour allows families to see learning in action throughout all three floors of the building. Led by our Blessed Teresa Student Ambassadors, the tour is shared with other prospective families and highlights the joyful, faith-filled community that makes BTC special. Tour dates and times will be offered following the interview.

5. Acceptance into BTC School

Families will receive notification of acceptance by phone call.   After acceptance, families will schedule a time to come to the school and complete an Enrollment Packet.  During this time, families will need to have a copy of their child's birth certificate and updated immunization records. To finalize enrollment for your student, the registration packet must be completed in full, along with all required documentation.   The enrollment fee is $75.00 per student. The fee will be taken at the time of enrollment.

6. Financial Assistance

Once families have been accepted, a financial assistance meeting can be arranged.  Multiple aid options are available at BTC, including assistance directly from BTC School.   For detailed information, reach out to our Financial Assistance/Pastoral Associate, Jeanne Baer, at 314-524-0500 ext. 357 or  jbaer@btcparish.org.
