Technology

1:1 Technology

At BTC School, every student has access to their own personal learning device, creating opportunities for meaningful collaboration, personalized instruction, and interactive learning experiences. Students in Grades 1–8 participate in a 1:1 Chromebook program, while Preschool and Kindergarten students use individual Samsung tablets designed for early learners. This commitment to technology ensures that students have the tools they need to explore, create, and succeed in today's digital world.

Building Digital Citizens

Technology is integrated throughout the curriculum to prepare students for success in a digital world. Through hands-on learning, coding, research, and digital citizenship, students build essential skills in creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. BTC empowers every student with the confidence and knowledge needed to thrive in the 21st century.

Smartboards

At BTC, Smartboards are an essential part of our classrooms, bringing lessons to life through interactive learning. Students can engage directly with the content, explore concepts visually, and collaborate with classmates in real time. This technology enhances understanding, encourages participation, and makes learning both fun and dynamic for every student.

Robotics

Our students are introduced to coding and robotics in weekly technology classes. Our students in 6th-8th grade are given the opportunity to participate in an after-school Robotics Club.  The students meet 2 days a week, preparing for the end-of-the-year Robotics Jamboree that takes place at SLU High School.
